Balestier Heritage Trail, Noodles & Tau Sar Piah

We were intrigued that Balestier Road was designated a Heritage Trail by the National Heritage Board. The road, named after Joseph Balestier the first American Consul to Singapore in the 1830s, is faned for several well-known chicken rice and Bak Kut Teh eateries.
